- We take responsibility for UNIZULU’s communication with different target audiences, both internal and external stakeholders and such promote the institution.
- Identify Web Committee members and coordinate the activities of the web committee related to the Web management
- Advise faculties and departments on new web technologies and influence faculty/departmental to update their specific information on the web
- Upload important institutional events on electronic diaries to create awareness, reminders and presence within the university
- Encourage the use and improved use of electronic mail (eNotices)
- Liaise with the media and respond ethically based on management information that must be communicated externally
